Motor City Petroleum Corporation (MCP) is an independent distributor of Marathon Petroleum Corporation and supplier of fuels to independent retailers, municipalities and fleets of public transportation within its marketing area.



MCP is incorporated in the state of Michigan and Puerto Rico. MCP has negotiated geographic distribution rights and product supply agreements with Marathon Petroleum Corporation wholesale refineries in the United States.



MCP has identified key buyers in markets in Central and South America to which it has been given a mandate to distribute certain Marathon petroleum products.
